YOUNG ALEXANDER (2012-2016) was a limited handpainted and hand made ceramic brand founded by Na Kim & Dierdre Shea. A collaborative effort in form, material, and surface decoration, this 2013-2014 Bauhaus inspired line was an exploration of the graphic purity of pigment in collaboration with the hand quality of the artist on a functional, three-dimensional form. All pieces were slipcast in porcelain and painted in studio by the artists.
