Narrative Toolkit
Difficult Tableware

Storytelling tools were developed to collect narrative and emotional experiences of people re-entering society after incarceration.  We then designed and produced tableware to reflect these narratives, interpreting this data into a tangible experience for the public. Our goal was to facilitate empathy and discussions about communty-led solutions to critical questions about the criminal justice system.

Research, concept and design collaboration with Martin Sombathy.
